Job summary

This full-time position focuses on attracting world-class talent and includes supporting various recruitment projects. As a Talent Advisor, effective communication and recruitment experience in the video games industry are essential. Qualifications

• Experience in-house or agency within the video games industry, preferably in Engineering or Design/Production.
• Communicates effectively and has experience supporting hiring managers.
• Familiar with job boards for Game Development candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various roles.
• Act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers throughout recruitment.
• Drive an effective interview process and keep track of interviews.
• Support and own recruitment projects and university hiring.
