Linehaul team in Egypt is currently handling All LHs between all FCs, SCs, FM, AMZL, VF sites, FM pickups fleet & people transportation. For all, previously mentioned categories, the team is acting as the main & only point of connection between internal & external customers. A Linehaul program officer provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching and querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions. An ideal candidate should have high vendor & stakeholder management skills, to be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyze data and notice trends and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time. The candidate should have the intermediate understanding of Logistics, different miles and should be able to communicate clearly in the written and oral form. A Linehaul Program Officer must possess a proactive mindset to identify and implement process improvements, demonstrating the drive and persistence to see initiatives through to completion. The role demands steady and sustained integrity and ethical conduct in managing all aspects of linehaul operations, including daily operational management, financial oversight, network planning, scheduling, and carrier relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate impartial judgment, making decisions based on objective data and business requirements rather than personal preferences or relationships, while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics to ensure optimal network efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
