Job summary
A leading media organization is offering a full-time Production Apprenticeship in London. This 13-month program will provide hands-on training in production and social media, preparing candidates for a Level 3 Production Assistant qualification. Candidates will engage in various tasks such as filming, content publishing, and strategy feedback. Applicants must be 18 or older and have resided in the UK for three years. An interest in radio, music, and professionalism in a creative environment is essential.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or over by September 2026.
- Have lived in the UK continuously for the last 3 years.
- Legally eligible to work full‑time in the UK.
- Not currently enrolled in another apprenticeship programme.
Responsibilities
- Film behind-the-scenes formats with radio presenters.
- Publish content to channels during key events.
- Write and share performance insights with teams.
- Provide feedback on strategy in review sessions.
- Collaborate with a creative team.

Salary: £22,950 (+ £5,441 London weighting)

- Write and send regular performance headlines and insights to teams and stakeholders
- Share feedback on strategy and tactics in regular review sessions
- Work alongside a busy, creative team
- Experience as a creator on social media platforms
- Interest in audio and video editing
- Passion for radio, music, sport and podcasts
- Professionalism when working with top artists, presenters and brands
To be considered you must meet the following:
- Be 18 years old or over by the time the apprenticeship starts in September 2026
- Have lived in the UK continuously for the last 3 years before start
- Be legally eligible to work full‑time in the UK for the apprenticeship duration
- Not currently enrolled in another apprenticeship programme
- No prior learning required
For candidates under 19 years old at 8 September 2026 you must hold an appropriate GCSE or equivalent functional skills qualification.
