Working Hours: 45 hours per week, night shift from 10pm to 6am Sunday-Thursday. Flexibility required to suit business needs.

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. As Warehouse Shift Manager, you’ll lead and support the team to keep operations running safely, accurately, and on time. You’ll be hands‑on in making sure stock is handled correctly, orders are picked with accuracy, and our people have the right support to perform at their best. If you’re an experienced warehouse leader with a focus on safety, efficiency, and team development, this is your chance to play a key role in delivering great service to our customers every day.

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager . Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

• Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full
• Providing a high‑quality service to suit customers’ needs
• Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives
• Supervising a team of operatives on the late shift
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times
• Check for picking accuracy and breakages with investigations where necessary.

• IT Literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
• Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team
• Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG
• FLT licence (desirable) and experience (essential)
• Customer Service
