UK Connect is seeking a proactive and highlyorganised Business Operations Team Leader to oversee daily operational workflows and ensure compliance with key certifications. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage Halo ticket queues, allocate tasks across the team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also take ownership of maintaining ISO9001 and Health & Safety certifications, ensuring our business processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently audited for effectiveness.

With strong leadership and auditing skills, you know how to stay one step ahead—proactively identifying areas for improvement and ensuring certifications remain up to date.
