Qualifications

• Technical and practical support to regional service engineers.
• Maintaining effective communication with contracted customers.

Skills

Relevant service supervision experience in the RAC sector

Good commercial and negotiation skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to operate on own initiative

Good technical knowledge of Industrial systems

Education

City & Guilds 2078 / 2079 F-Gas Refrigerant Handling

CITB / C&G Ammonia Handling Certificate

NVQ1, 2 & 3 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
