Job summary
A holiday park in the UK is seeking a Guest & Owner Experience Supervisor. In this role, you will manage reception operations, maintain owner accounts, handle aftersales processes, and support sales while ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This permanent role requires shift flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

- Update and maintain records for bookings and owner accounts.

- Assist owners with post-sale queries and coordinate aftersales services.
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins and inquiries.
