- Full UK driving licence is required.

- Attend service appointments and resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
- Carry out installations when required, maintaining the highest standard of finish
- Provide clear, confident communication to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Support our wider fitting team to help maintain our reputation for quality
- Experience in installation, service, carpentry, or shutters (big plus)
- A positive, solution-led mindset and strong attention to detail
- Methodical, tidy and reliable approach to every task
- Full UK driving licence
