We deliver full clinical pathways across specialties including Cardiology, Cancer Care, and Complex Surgery.As a Senior Staff Nurse in our 6-bedded Critical Care Unit, you’ll work alongside leading consultants from the Birmingham area, caring for patients who have undergone Cardiothoracic Surgery, Hepatobiliary Surgery, Neuro and Spinal Surgery, and Colorectal Robotic Surgery.You’ll play a key role in a close-knit, supportive team of established ITU Nurses who value collaboration, fairness, and professional growth. With guidance from two Charge Nurses and an experienced Line Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to take charge and lead shifts confidently.
