Salary: £13 per hour + Monthly Bonus

Working Patterns: Flexible shifts Monday to Sunday.

• Nurture and form relationships with customers to better understand their travel needs.
• Establish yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
• Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural, operational and customer focused.
• Utilize keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
• Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.

• Great communicator – natural at talking, building relationships and listening to people and their needs.
• Desire to succeed – drive and vision to make a difference, enjoy the work, care about impact and how people feel.
