Our company, Kendal Nutricare, is a 150-person team passionate about giving children a better start to life. We’re proud to be a Queens’ Award winning business and to be ranked by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s 1000 Fastest Growing Companies in 2025.

The Role

We are looking for QA Auditors to join our factory team! Reporting to one of our Quality Managers the successful candidate will undertake various tasks to assist with the smooth operations of our Production department.

The QA Auditor is responsible for auditing, monitoring, and evaluating the organization’s quality systems and procedures. This role supports operational teams by maintaining high technical and quality standards in line with business objectives. • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc product testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to investigate customer complaints and out-of-specification results. Perform traceability studies and ensure thorough investigations.
  • Monitor and resolve supplier and factory non-conformances. Ensure investigations are thorough, root identified, and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  • Provide ongoing technical advice and support to factory teams to promote quality standards and resolve quality issues.
  • Complying with safety procedures including but not limited to: adopting safe working practices, wearing the required protective clothing and use of safety equipment appropriate to the role.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong report writing and documentation skills.
  • Aware of aseptic techniques and how to minimise cross contamination
