Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.
• Certifications in HACCP levels 2 and 3 are required.
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials and products meet specifications.
• Perform GMP Audits and report findings.
• Conduct lab sampling and review results with the Quality Manager.

Skills

Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Technician

Level 2 HACCP Certified

Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Self-organised and motivated

Knowledge of Bakery operations and quality requirements

Internal Auditor Certified

Level 3 HACCP Certified

Experience in Bakery manufacturing environment
