Position

Head of Content & Quality Control – Norwich, United Kingdom

Purpose

To lead quality assurance and content excellence across Care forChildren’s global training programmes, ensuring all materials – especially on the MyFamily digital platform and within Regional Hubs – are accurate, evidence‑based, consistent with our family‑based care model, and of the highest possible standard.

Key Objectives
  • Lead quality review and final sign‑off on all training, e‑learning and knowledge‑resources.
  • Oversee content curation, updates and version control for the My Family platform.
  • Work closely with the Head of International Projects and Head of Training to align content with strategy.
  • Develop systems to capture and share learning across Regional Hubs.
  • Produce and supervise high‑quality written, visual and digital resources.
  • Keep all content research‑led through partnership with the University of East Anglia.

Qualifications
