About You

• Experience in a Quality Assurance function within food manufacturing or a closely related sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and guide others.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email) and comfortable with data analysis.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for food safety and quality culture.

What will you be doing?

• Supervising the Quality Auditors to ensure all Food Safety, Quality and Integrity standards are upheld consistently.
• Driving performance, providing coaching and ongoing development to the team.
• Coordinating QA activities, including testing, non-conformance management and product release processes.
• Analysing QA data to support KPI reporting and continuous improvement.
• Supporting internal and customer audits, working collaboratively across departments.
