Salary: £12.81 per hour
Contract type: Fixed Term - Maternity Cover
Working hours: 30 hours Night
Work as part of a team and support the manager and senior to deliver care and support service outcomes, to act as a mental health support worker, developing and managing care and support plans, actively engaging with customers to promote independence and choice, supporting customers in making decisions about their life.
To provide specialist interventions within a customer’s care and support plan in line with areas of expertise.
Promote customer empowerment; support customers to help them express their views and make informed choices and decisions in respect of specialist care and support plans, complaints, concerns and compliments, how services are delivered and managed, the maintenance and repair of the buildings and equipment, activities at home and community engagement.
