The ideal candidate for theBarback role will:

• Be passionate about working within a family lead team
• Want to work with the best Italian, seasonal products
• Deliver food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
• Provide support to the bar team with service, and be responsible with bar prep, stock, polishing glasses, and cleaning duties
• Ensure our restaurant bar runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences

• Have previous experience as aBarbackin a bar
