Salary - £30,000 - £33,500 pa - depending on skills and experience

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Roofer to join our Maintenance team. This is a field-based role responsible for delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance and improvements to our properties.
You will carry out a wide range of planned, void and responsive maintenance works, ensuring homes and buildings are maintained to an excellent standard. Working both independently and as part of a wider team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers live in safe, secure and well-maintained homes.
Undertake planned, void and responsive maintenance works in line with the role skills framework.
Repair and replace roofing joists, rafters, roof sheeting, tiles and associated structural elements.
Maintain and repair guttering, downpipes, fascia, barge boards and soffits.
Refurbish dwellings, garages, communal areas and other buildings.
Work safely and in full compliance with health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
Set out work from drawings and specifications and order required materials.
Complete reports, update systems and use hand-held electronic devices effectively.
Work in occupied and unoccupied properties in a professional, respectful and courteous manner.
Ensure safe use and maintenance of tools, plant and equipment.
Participate in training, development reviews and team meetings.
Undertake other duties as reasonably required, including occasional out-of-trade tasks.
