Job summary
A leading food production firm is seeking a Technical Manager to join their team in Duns, Scotland. This role involves maintaining food safety and quality standards, leading GMP audits, and managing technical documentation. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Food Science, technical experience in the chilled food industry, and HACCP qualifications. Strong communication skills and familiarity with BRC standards are essential. This position offers a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 along with healthcare and additional benefits.
