Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Oxfordshire. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive growth. Daily tasks will include market research, client meetings, proposal development, contract negotiation, and coordination with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
