Job summary
A technology company based in Waterbeach, Cambridge is looking for a Sales Order Desk Coordinator to manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate should be motivated, organised, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include processing orders, monitoring deliveries, and collaborating with internal departments. This dynamic role requires a GCSE in Maths and English and familiarity with ERP systems is preferred. Security clearance will be necessary for this position.
Qualifications
- GCSE in Maths and English (A-C or >4) required.
- Must be computer literate and organised.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure is essential.
Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders within a measurable turnaround time.
- Monitor delivery commitments to customers and progress orders at risk.
