Qualifications

• Recent, relevant experience of working within Healthcare.
• Basic understanding of different mental illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support for patients who are acutely mentally unwell
• Spend 1:1 time with patients
• Complete levels of observations with patients
• Engage patients in therapeutic activities

Skills

Good communication skills

Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Flexibility to work on a 24-hour rota

Experience with adults with mental health needs
