Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Microbiology Manager for a global FMCG client in Bedford. This full-time temporary role requires expertise in microbiology with >3 years in the food sector. The responsibilities include leading teams, ensuring product safety, and mentoring. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £52,000 annually, with a mix of remote and onsite work. Qualifications
- Proven experience (>3 years) in applied/industry microbiology roles in food sector.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

- Lead microbiological risk assessments for new product designs.
- Mentor microbiology team and provide technical expertise in experiments.
