Senior CIL & S106 Officer — Hybrid + 40 Days Leave
Job summary
A local government organization is seeking a Senior CIL and S106 Officer to manage contributions and obligations from development projects. The role requires in-depth knowledge of CIL and S106, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You will be responsible for compliance with legislation and performance metrics, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
