Right now, we are looking for a Product Content Lead (hands‑on) to lead our product content roadmap with an important hands‑on emphasis. Elevating how millions of users experience guidance, coaching, and habit‑building inside SIMPLE. This is a high‑impact role where content directly shapes activation, engagement, behaviour change, retention, and long‑term outcomes for our users.

Own the content roadmap, fully aligned with product direction and strategy, user behaviour insights, and quarterly priorities;
Partner closely with the Product Lead and cross‑functional teams to integrate content seamlessly into the product: onboarding, coaching, habit‑formation journeys, interventions, feature launches, and monetisation flows;
This is a hands‑on role, so you’ll be expected to produce and refine high‑quality content yourself: in‑app articles, behaviour‑change content, videos, scripts, guides, social formats, and video outputs.;
Build and lead a high‑performing product content organisation, including in‑house specialists and a scalable network of freelancers, contractors, and subject‑matter experts;
Create and optimise efficient workflows, editorial processes, QA systems, and documentation for a modern, data‑driven content operation;
Use advanced photo/video editing capabilities and AI‑enhanced tools to scale production, increase quality, and expand creative possibilities;
Lead our short‑form content strategy for in‑app engagement, ensuring formats resonate across demographics;
Review analytics and experimentation: define KPIs, build dashboards with Data, analyse performance trends, and run structured A/B tests;
Ensure all content is inclusive, evidence‑aligned, compliant, and grounded in behaviour science best practice.
5+ years of experience in content strategy, content creation and production and working closely with consumer product leadership; 1‑3+ years leading a content team or function in a digital consumer environment;
Proven experience developing a content roadmap tied to product metrics, including activation, engagement, retention, and revenue;
Strong analytical skills — comfortable with dashboards, experimentation, KPI setting, and deriving insights to drive optimisation;
Hands‑on experience in advanced video and visual editing, plus strong literacy in AI‑powered content workflows;
Demonstrated success in delivering high‑impact content for multiple age groups;
Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities across formats (in‑app, visual, video, long‑form, educational);
Preferable experience collaborating with domain specialists such as nutritionists, coaches, behavioural scientists, and medical experts;
Ability to work fast, iterate frequently, and lead with both strategic clarity and hands‑on execution;
Bonus: experience in health, wellness, weight loss, habit formation, or coaching products.
