A leading provider of traffic management services is seeking a customer service/administrative apprentice to support the Design & Surveying Manager. This role involves creating detailed AutoCAD Traffic Management Plans, effective communication with customers, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication and IT skills, alongside attention to detail and organization. The position offers a weekly working schedule of 35 hours from Monday to Friday, with an apprenticeship minimum wage of £7.55 per hour.

They are now looking to recruit a customer service/administrative apprentice to work with the design and Surveying manager.
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week)
Apprenticeship Minimum Wage (£7.55 per hour)
