Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Photographer to join the Creative Production team. As part of the Creative team, you will play a role in shaping our visual identity and be responsible for ensuring that high imagery standards are met. You will be a highly skilled photographer primarily in the still‑life genre, who understands advanced lighting techniques and can translate our passion for art, design and craftsmanship across both digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use advanced photography techniques, lighting, and composition to produce high‑quality images across multiple disciplines, with a strong portfolio in still life.
  • Style objects and direct subjects on set to create well‑composed images.
  • Fulfill art‑direction and shoot briefs in a timely manner with an exceptional level of detail.
  • Edit photographs using industry‑standard software to ensure consistency and perfection; retouching skills benefit collaboration with our retouching team when necessary.
  • Maintain photography equipment and ensure the London studio is organised.
  • Maintain file management and contribute to workflow systems.
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to creative discussions with wider cross‑functional teams.
  • Support the wider business with photographic needs, including events, store, pop‑ups and artist visits.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Proven experience as a creative photographer, with a portfolio showing a breadth of artistic range.
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years’ experience within a large photographic studio.
  • High competence in using professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment and photo‑editing software, including Photoshop and Capture One.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate well within a team.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Drive for excellence.

Please provide a photographic portfolio with your application. A live task will be given to shortlisted candidates.
