• Take ownership of employee relations cases, from performance and absence management to drafting outcome letters with care and precision
• Be the go-to person for HR queries, offering clear, supportive advice to employees and managers on policies and processes
• Guide and coach managers through HR procedures, helping them feel confident and empowered in handling people matters
• Keep our HR data accurate and reliable, while spotting opportunities to make processes smoother and more efficient
• Work closely with a collaborative HR team, using tools like Fresh Works to track queries and ensure everyone gets the support they need

• Confidence in handling employee relations cases, with sound judgment and the ability to manage sensitive situations thoughtfully
• Strong communication and coaching skills, helping managers feel supported and empowered through HR processes
• A collaborative mindset and team spirit, ready to “back each other” and contribute positively to a close-knit HR team
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy in HR data and smooth case management
