OCS is seeking a dynamic Technical Director to lead the strategic and operational delivery of technical services across our UK facilities management portfolio. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll set the technical vision, ensure compliance and safety, and drive innovation in engineering and maintenance.

You’ll be responsible for developing technical strategies, managing risk, and supporting growth through bids and client engagement. Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline


• NEBOSH certification (essential)


• Chartered Engineer status preferred
