SNDL is a licensed cannabis producer and one of the largest vertically integrated cannabis companies in Canada specializing in low-cost biomass sourcing, indoor cultivation, product innovation, low-cost manufacturing facilities, and a cannabis brand portfolio that includes Top Leaf, Contraband, Palmetto, Bon Jak, Versus, Value Buds, and Vacay.**The Opportunity:**As a **Production Labourer**, you’ll play a key role in our operations by ensuring our cannabis products are prepared, packaged, and processed with the highest quality standards. **Shift Pattern:** Friday-Sunday 7PM-7AM**Your responsibilities will include:*** **Manufacturing & Processing:** Operating equipment to assist in batch formulation, mixing, tempering, curing, and packaging.* **Quality Control:** Conducting inspections to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.* **Sanitization & Preparation:** Cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up production equipment and workspaces.* **Packaging & Documentation:** Weighing, scanning, labeling, counting, and inspecting cannabis material while maintaining accurate documentation per regulations.* **Compliance & Documentation:** Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Health Canada regulations.* **Team Collaboration:** Assisting colleagues, cross-training with other departments, and supporting the onboarding of new team members.**Knowledge and Experience:**No previous experience or education is required!
