Job summary
A global chemical manufacturing company in Cheltenham is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide customer-focused service at the Spirax Sarco facility. You will support daily maintenance operations, handle fluid analysis, and maintain EHS documentation. Prior experience is preferred but not required, and full training will be provided. This full-time role includes a permanent contract with various benefits, including paid time off and a pension plan.

This role provides customer‐focused service by working with the Site Manager to manage day‑to‑day scope of work on the Spirax Sarco facility. Experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
- Support day‑to‑day maintenance activities, delivering first‑class service within the contracted scope of work.
- Complete fluid analysis testing and general maintenance of products housed within systems.
- Provide weekly reporting and maintain EHS documentation; conduct visual assessment of all mechanical equipment, test MWF and ensure systems are checked daily.
- Specific to the Spirax Sarco facility.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferably has experience working in an engineering environment.
- Forklift advantage.
