We are a long-standing, family-run boutique accounting firm seeking an experienced Business Services Manager / Senior Business Services Manager to take full leadership of our Business Services & Tax division. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with genuine autonomy, deep client relationships, and a clear pathway to equity partnership for the right person.
Our firm has been built over decades and continues to grow through strong client loyalty and consistent referrals.
Our two-partner structure is transitioning:
One partner will continue to service our large base of individual clients and is gradually moving toward retirement.
The second partner, a CPA in his early 30s, leads our mortgage broking and commercial finance division, oversees client acquisition, and collaborates with other professionals to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
We are now looking for a senior professional to take full ownership of the Business Services & Tax division as part of a long‑term succession plan.

You will lead the Business Services & Tax division and take responsibility for quality, workflow management, client service standards, and team capability.
