Job summary
A recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Network PM in Croydon to lead a critical network transformation programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure and proven project management skills, ensuring compliance with strict guidelines while maintaining excellent stakeholder communication. This role is onsite for five days a week and offers a competitive daily rate. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Network Project Manager or similar delivery-focused role.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal teams.
- Experience managing high-pressure, business-critical programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex network transformation programme.
- Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams, keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early, driving robust mitigation plans.
Skills
I am currently working with a client of mine on a critical Network programme where they are looking for an experienced Network PM to come in and take ownership of the delivery of a number of initiatives. They are looking for someone with the ability to work to strict project deadlines and achieve delivery excellence.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex network transformation programme
- Operate within strict guidelines and governance frameworks, ensuring full compliance with pre‑agreed milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
- Work closely with 3rd‑party suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and performance against SLAs
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early, driving robust mitigation plans
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience as a Network Project Manager or similar delivery-focused role
- Strong background in network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, connectivity, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across internal teams and external partners
- A methodical, structured approach to delivery with a strong eye for detail
- Experience managing high‑pressure, business‑critical programmes with confidence and control
