We’re looking for reliable and motivated 1099 Final Mile Drivers with their own 26+ ft. Box Truck to join our growing delivery network.
This is a fantastic opportunity for independent contractors who value flexibility, autonomy, and competitive earning potential.
- Deliver and assemble mattresses and cabinets directly to customers' homes (final mile delivery).
- 12-14 deliveries daily
- Ensure timely and professional service with a customer-first mindset.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized vehicle to protect customer orders.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Professional attitude and great customer service skills
- Positive attitude, flexible, trainable, and prompt.

What You’ll Need
- Your Own Vehicle: Box Truck (26’+) in good condition.
- Driver’s License & Insurance: Valid license and proof of commercial auto insurance.
- Experience: Previous final mile experience required.
- Customer Focus: A friendly and professional attitude with a commitment to excellent service.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to load/unload and assemble goods as needed.
