• Manage your own caseload of litigated fast‑track RTA claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial
• Handle disputes and provide clear, practical advice throughout the litigation process
• Deliver an exceptional level of client care, upholding the firm’s reputation for professionalism and quality
• Work closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners as part of a high‑performing and dynamic team

• Demonstrable experience handling fast‑track RTA litigation matters
• Strong understanding of the litigation process and the Civil Procedure Rules
• Familiarity with the OIC portal, with a clear working knowledge (even if not used on a daily basis)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
