- Run a section ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in kitchen operations.
- Guide junior chefs and complete training on time.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety laws.

- Be happy running a section ensuring high standards are maintained at all times
- Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
- Set an example and guide junior chefs
- Complete all training in a timely manner
- Comply with statutory requirements for health and safety, licensing and employment law, ensuring all team members are aware of these requirements
- Follow food safety laws and requirements
- Maintain a positive and approachable manner alongside strong team‑player qualities
- Demonstrated experience in a similar level position and an aptitude for leadership
- Skills in preparing high‑quality fresh food dining are a particular advantage
- Right to work in the UK
