Chef De Partie – Responsibilities

• Be happy running a section ensuring high standards are maintained at all times
• Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
• Set an example and guide junior chefs
• Complete all training in a timely manner
• Comply with statutory requirements for health and safety, licensing and employment law, ensuring all team members are aware of these requirements
• Follow food safety laws and requirements
• Maintain a positive and approachable manner alongside strong team‑player qualities

Chef De Partie – Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar level position and an aptitude for leadership
• Skills in preparing high‑quality fresh food dining are a particular advantage
• Right to work in the UK
