At LEON, we believe in serving food that not only tastes good but does good. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Back of House Team Member to join our vibrant team in one of our London retail food stores.

Join LEON’s vibrant kitchen team where you’ll prepare and cook our delicious menu items to the highest standards, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and support with stock and food safety checks. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy service periods, and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
• Supporting the kitchen team with stock rotation, deliveries, and food safety checks.
• Working efficiently to meet demand during busy service periods.
• Being a team player and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.

We’re looking for someone who loves food, is eager to learn, and brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Kitchen experience is a bonus, but not essential, as full training is provided. A positive attitude and team spirit are a must!
