We are currently seeking an eager and dedicated Pastry Commis Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the pastry team in the preparation and execution of exquisite desserts. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries and desserts.
  • Collaborate with the pastry team in maintaining a clean and organized pastry kitchen.
  • Follow established recipes and contribute to the development of new ones.
  • Learn and master various pastry techniques and kitchen procedures.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Support the Pastry Chef de Partie and senior pastry staff in daily tasks.
