As **WMS Project Manager** you will lead projects from concept lock through to successful delivery and support handover, ensuring our customers’ expectations and needs are met, and costs and timelines are maintained and controlled.**What a day in life of looks like:*** Lead the professional and technical delivery of IT software projects across all phases, including design, adaptation, validation, and deployment.* Collaborate with customers to create functional specifications and act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.* Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring risks and dependencies are identified, managed, and resolved effectively.* Support sales and estimation processes by contributing technical expertise and product knowledge.* Monitor and report on project progress against timelines, cost, quality, and success criteria, while overseeing billing processes in NetSuite.* Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to maintain governance, confidence, and project momentum.**What you bring to the team:*** Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.* Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, with experience in these industries being an advantage.* Familiarity with programming languages and databases, with a technical mindset to support project delivery.* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.* Analytical thinker with a clear grasp of how decisions impact business outcomes; able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.* Self-driven and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently and a strong understanding of the full project life cycle.#LI-REMOTE**Why join us**At Infios, we're not just looking for employees; we're looking for partners in innovation, growth, and purpose.
