Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking an EPRR Co-Ordinator to support the EPRR Lead in ensuring compliance with statutory EPRR obligations. The role involves developing and implementing EPRR plans, maintaining relationships across the NHS, and contributing to training programmes. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Emergency Planning and skills in communication and project planning. This is a full-time, permanent position with occasional travel required.

Qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Emergency Planning, Business Continuity, or EPRR.
  • ISO 22301:2019 Foundation or CBCI qualification.
  • Experience delivering EPRR training and exercises.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the IUC EPRR work programme.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of the IUC on-call rota.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the NHS and partner organisations.
  • Ensure plans, policies, and guidance are updated after incidents.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain response plans and documentation.
  • Contribute to EPRR training and exercising programmes.
  • Carry out post-incident/exercise debriefs and ensure lessons learned.
  • Manage the EPRR inbox for timely communications.
