Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Band 8A NHS Lead Service Designer for a fully remote role supporting NHS digital transformation. The role entails leading user-centred design activities, managing junior team members, and ensuring quality service delivery. Applicants should have proven experience in a similar position and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. This contract role offers £300 per day for an initial 6-12 months.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lead Service Designer or Senior User Researcher.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end user research and analysis.
- Experience working in healthcare or public sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex service design activities across digital health projects.
- Manage and coach junior researchers and designers.
- Conduct in-depth user research and shape service improvements.
