Role Overview

As a Colleague Experience Specialist, you’ll design and deliver initiatives that support performance, development, and culture. You’ll create practical tools, drive positive change, and use data to improve every touchpoint in the colleague lifecycle—from onboarding and recognition to learning and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of colleague experience initiatives aligned with business needs
  • Design resources and guidance that meet regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Use feedback and survey insights to identify and implement improvements
  • Contribute to culture campaigns, learning programmes, and change projects
  • Shape engaging communications that bring development plans to life
  • Coordinate key moments in the colleague lifecycle
  • Support qualifications, apprenticeships, and capability-building initiatives
  • Track people metrics (e.g. absence, turnover, training completion) and support reporting
Required Skills and Experience
  • Background in HR, Recruitment, or Learning
  • CIPD Level 3 (completed or in progress)
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory learning requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
