Job summary

A leading digital investigation company is seeking a Training Coordinator to drive training and adoption of their solutions in the EMEA Central & South region. This remote position requires strong coordination skills and experience in customer service or sales operations. About the Position

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside our customers to drive training and adoption of Cellebrite solutions in the EMEA Central & South region. Working closely with diverse teams, you’ll coordinate and schedule training courses, enroll and assist students, and foster strong, strategic relationships. This full‑time, remote role is based in the United Kingdom and may require occasional travel to the London office and throughout the assigned regions.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales to support new business with current and prospective customers.
  • Handle customer leads and support cases within company SLA to increase training revenue.
  • Manage an assigned geographic territory, providing end‑to‑end support of students during standard operating hours and all aspects related to delivery of Cellebrite‑branded training.
  • Generate quotes and process sales orders following commercial guidelines.
  • Provide effective feedback to training services management regarding process and procedures.
  • Attend daily/weekly mandatory meetings to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks to effectively complete all required job functions.
  • Maintain visibility of Sales Force opportunity pipeline, forecast, and course enrollment numbers.
  • Meet required quarterly MBOs for the role.
  • Review territory backlog voucher report weekly to prompt training enrollments and revenue recognition.
  • Exemplify professionalism and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
  • Occasional travel to conferences, training events or trade shows may be required.
Qualifications
  • English (primary) with fluency in one or more of Spanish, French, German.
  • 3+ years of experience in training coordination, sales operations or customer service/success.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive approach to work.
  • Project management skills to assess scheduled classes and communicate with stakeholders for flawless delivery.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
  • Proven ability to complete full sales and deployment cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, evaluate).
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
