Job summary
A stealth-mode start-up is seeking a Lead No-Code & AI Platform Engineer for an equity-only position. This role entails owning the current no-code build, refining AI-generated components, and preparing the platform for launch. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in no-code solutions, expert command of relevant tools, and can thrive under fast-paced delivery timelines. Remote applicants are welcome; however, priority will be given to those based in South Korea. This position offers flexibility and opportunities for travel and networking.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the current no-code build, including assessment, optimisation, and completion of core workflows.
- Review and refine AI-generated components, prompts, and logic to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Prepare the platform for beta testing including debugging and performance improvements.
