A professional services company in Portsmouth is seeking a Regional Marketing Lead to drive B2B marketing strategies across Europe. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools in marketing processes. The role involves developing regional marketing plans, creating relevant content, and collaborating with global teams to ensure effective marketing execution. This is an in-office position requiring attendance 3 days a week.
BTS Europe is expanding and marketing is a vital driver of visibility, demand generation, and client engagement. We are looking for a highly collaborative Regional Marketing Lead to support and execute our marketing efforts across Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in a B2B marketing role, who enjoys both shaping direction and delivering hands‑on execution. You will partner closely with senior leaders in the region to drive a content‑based marketing strategy, while also coordinating with our global marketing teams.
You will manage the regional marketing plan, develop and adapt campaigns, strengthen our digital presence, and run the systems that support demand generation. The role requires a forward‑looking mindset, including awareness of AI’s impact on marketing and the ability to integrate AI tools into your workflow.
