Job summary
A leading independent insurance broker is searching for a Client Services Specialist to provide exemplary customer service remotely. In this role, you will support Employee Benefit Consultants and clients, ensuring a seamless experience. Ideal candidates have customer service or administration experience in Group Risk or Employee Benefits. This position offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Group Risk, Employee Benefits or Group Life is essential.
- Strong admin skills required.
- Willingness to learn and natural curiosity.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support to Employee Benefit Consultants, clients and insurers.
- Be the first point of contact for client and insurer queries.
- Support with administration of scheme including invoicing and claims.
- Collaborate with team to achieve goals.
