Job summary
A leading property management company is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee high-quality cleaning services in Newport, UK. The ideal candidate will lead a team, conduct daily briefings, and ensure compliance with cleaning standards and safety regulations. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail are essential. This role offers part-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 18:00 to 21:00, with a competitive hourly wage of £15.25.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the daily activities of the cleaning team.

- Provide training on cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and address issues promptly.
- Assist with coordinating holiday, sickness, and shift cover.
