Job summary
A leading lift solutions company in the UK is seeking a full-time remote Lift Service and Repair Engineer responsible for conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing repairs, and ensuring safe lift operations. Strong skills in maintenance and troubleshooting are crucial, along with excellent communication abilities. Candidates should have relevant certifications and ideally prior experience in the lift industry. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while providing exceptional support to clients throughout the Northwest of England.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair, and Troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Electronics Repair and Soldering.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Relevant certifications or training in lift mechanics or electronics are advantageous.
- Previous experience in the lift industry is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on lifts.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of lifts.
- Perform preventive maintenance to meet standards.
- Provide excellent customer support and communication.
