A leading homecare provider in Ashford is seeking dedicated caregivers to deliver high-quality domiciliary care in customers' homes. The role includes providing personal, emotional, and physical support while ensuring dignity and confidentiality. Ideal candidates will be compassionate and trustworthy, ready to work flexible hours as this role offers services 24/7.
From £12.21 per hour to £20.00 per hour. Contact time, travel time, and up to 20 minutes waiting time included, plus 22-44p per mile.
To deliver high-quality domiciliary care to Customers, primarily in their own homes, with the aim of improving quality of life.
To support the Customer in living a dignified and independent life within the community. This may include personal, emotional, social, and physical support in line with the care plan. Our ethos is to care for our Customers as you would for a family member, while maintaining a professional relationship.
As the role involves working with vulnerable people, confidentiality, sensitivity, ensuring dignity and privacy, and appropriate behaviour are critical.
This role is not a 9 to 5 job; services are provided 24/7 on a rota basis.
We support both adults and children, with options to work exclusively with adults if preferred. Our goal is to make a positive difference in community care using technology, NICE guidance, and best practices.
