A community-focused housing association in Glasgow is seeking an experienced leader to oversee development and compliance services. The role involves managing major repairs and advising senior management on asset management practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong record in project management and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to meet community needs. This permanent position offers a comprehensive remuneration package including generous leave and pension benefits.

Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: An excellent renumeration package, commensurate with the leadership, track record and experience of the successful candidate will be offered for this post. This will include generous annual leave provision, sickness benefits, optional private healthcare and contributory pension.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of procuring, leading, co-ordinating and supervising Development, Planned, Cyclical, Compliance and Major Repairs programmes as well as strong people skills. They will provide the CEO and the Board of Management with advice and guidance in respect of Development, Asset Management and Compliance services, to ensure that the Association’s investment in new and existing property assets are maintained, enhanced, and protected.
